WHEN YOUR CASE REQUIRES A MEDIATOR
Mediation is an out-of-court settlement conference facilitated by a neutral third party. The goal is to reach a full settlement agreement in a face-to-face meeting so that you can avoid the stress and expense of a court trial. Settling in mediation can be advantageous to the client or the case, but it is always the client’s choice on whether or not to settle in mediation. Shailey Gupta-Brietzke has served as mediator appointed by the family court judges and as an agreed mediator by her colleagues in the family law bar. Shailey has the experience and skills to work with all parties to come up with the best possible resolution.
